Baleia Rose

Baleia Sauvignon Blanc
Pale, greenish gold. Reflecting classic aromas of elderberry flower and green fig on the nose And crisp, green litchi flavours on the palate.

Baleia Chardonnay
A crisp Chardonnay with Elder flower and lime blossom aromas, almond biscotti and light oak flavours on the palate. Creamy Italian pasta dishes are this Chardonnay’s perfect companion.
Baleia Erhard Pinot Noir
Inoculated with selected yeast strains from the Burgundy, France. Primary fermentation in open fermenters with manual punch downs months in French Oak.
Baleia Syrah
A velvety Syrah with white pepper, raspberry and dried herb aromas. Black current and smoky flavours on the palate. The delicate sensation of minerality present in Baleia’s food-driven wines are an expression of the natural salts found in the soils and prepares the palate beautifully. Best enjoyed with a traditional indigenous curry or delicately spiced Karoo lamb.
Baleia Sebastian
A rare blend of Tempranillo, Syrah and Pinot Noir with a bouquet of black pepper
And red cherries, with lingering flavours of spice, bitter-sweet chocolate and ripe fruits on the palate. Natural salts found in the soils present a delicate sensation of minerality in Baleia’s food-driven wines and prepares the palate beautifully. Succulent steaks and hard cheese complement this wine beautifully.
Baleia Tempranillo
An expressive Spanish Tempranillo with a bouquet of black currant and dark cherries, with hints of leather and sweet spice that linger on the palate. The delicate sensation of minerality in Baleia’s food-friendly wines is an expression of the natural salts present in our soils and prepares the palate beautifully. This wine will take you to the Bushveld when enjoyed with South African venison.
Baleia Cape Late Bottled Vintage
This late bottled vintage port has a bouquet of prunes, plums and dates. The palate has a very well integrated acidity and Alcohol with delicate cinnamon and mocha notes. As this wine is unfiltered, sedimentation may occur.
